2. Our Privacy Statement
2.1 Application
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made part of the We Thrive Events Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). We Thrive Events is committed to protecting the privacy of all personally identifiable information provided by users in connection with their accessing or using the Service. By accessing the We Thrive Events Platform, or otherwise taking advantage of the Service in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound to all the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

As used in this policy, “personally identifiable information” means information that can be associated with or relates to a person and would allow a party to identify you such as, for example, your name, address or location, telephone number, or email address or information from which a person could deduce your identity.

This Privacy Policy also explains our commitment to you with respect to our use, processing, transfer and disclosure of “Non-Personally Identifiable Information” including browsing and site usage data that We Thrive Events collects as the provider of the Service. “Browsing and site usage data” refers to information that We Thrive Events collects indirectly and automatically about your activities while visiting the Websites and using the Service through tools such as Google Analytics. The type of information that we collect focuses on general information such as general location such as country or city where you are located (not intentionally fine-grained location information), pages visited, heat-map of visitors’ activity on the site, information about the browser you are using, etc. In addition, whenever you use a We Thrive Events Login Service to log into a website or use the Services, our servers (which, again, may be hosted by a third party service provider) keep a plain text log of the websites you visit and when you visit them. We Thrive Events does not deliberately track people over the Internet.

"Non-Personally Identifiable Information" as used in this Privacy Policy is therefore any information that does not relate to a person and/or cannot be used to identify a person. When you interact with the Services, we may collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information. The limitations and requirements in this Privacy Policy on our collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage/retention of Personally Identifiable Information do not apply to Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to another User or visitor through the Services or through any other means, including to Event Organizers on event pages or information posted by you to any public areas of the Service.

In these circumstances, We Thrive Events merely provides the "tools" for Event Organizers; We Thrive Events does not decide what Personally Identifiable Information to request on registration forms, nor is it responsible for the continued accuracy of any Personally Identifiable Information provided.
